Advertising Opportunity
Due Date: November 15, 2024
The Times Square Alliance is seeking an exciting advertising opportunity involving the installation of an electronic sign on our Times Square Alliance garbage truck.
Our garbage truck runs daily routes throughout the Times Square district, spanning from 40th Street to 53rd Street between 6th and 8th Avenues. It is highly visible during its routine service and daily trips to and from the waste facility. Given the heavy foot traffic and the number of commuters, visitors, and residents in this area, the truck is seen by thousands of people each day.
We propose affixing a high-quality electronic screen to the sides of our truck to display dynamic advertisements, ranging from static images to videos. This would offer advertisers a unique and mobile platform to reach a vast and diverse audience in one of the busiest areas of New York City. Our garbage truck’s consistent presence and movement throughout the district would provide prime exposure for businesses looking to enhance their brand visibility in the heart of Times Square.
We are interested in installing durable, weather-resistant electronic screens, or digital signage on the sides of our garbage truck. These screens should be capable of displaying dynamic content, including both static images and videos, and must be easily maintainable for continuous operation. The primary goal is to leverage our truck's visibility to generate revenue through advertising sales while enhancing the appeal of the vehicle with cutting-edge digital technology.
We would like your proposal to include technical details regarding the design and installation process, specifications for the signage, cost estimates, and any maintenance services your company would provide. Additionally, we would appreciate your insights into how we can maximize the advertising potential of this project.
