Gulaabo is a bi-level, 3,500 square foot restaurant that feels enchanting and feminine, a nod to the name (a Punjabi term for "woman with a rose-like complexion). The restaurant features accent wallpaper patterned with Indian floral prints, blush pink painted brick walls, and gold ceilings. Large green velvet banquettes and leather wrapped chairs are complemented by mixed woven pendant lighting fixtures that glow warmly overhead. There is also a hand painted fresco-style mural of an Indian woman from artist Jess Kollar. Capacity for 150 people overall. The VIP Roof has magnificent views as a totally outfoor summer space on the 11th floor with direct line of sight to Times Square's bustling activity.
